"Really Makes You Think"

I woke up one morning and everything changed

Unseen machinations at work in my brain

Convinced me to reevaluate

This is my journey

I worked on the inside, watched the sausage get made

Did my job for three decades, kept my head down, got paid

That was before the injury and the leave of absence

And the prescriptions

I’d dabbled on YouTube but had never explored

Now prone in a bed, and constantly bored

One jaw drop after another

My eyes were open

Deeper and deeper — I went down the hole

To learn of a story that was new and old

Deeper and deeper I fell down

And this is what I learned

There are no coincidences, a cabal of elites is pulling the strings

Really makes you think, really makes you think, it really makes you think

The only thing we can do is investigate and ask the right questions

Really makes you think, really makes you think, it really makes you think

The veil had been lifted, I could see the threat

And why I can’t lose weight, and I can’t get out of debt

They put toxins in the food and

They mass produce it

This group has its hands in everything that you see

It made me get fired, my kids stopped talking to me

But one day they’ll come back and they’ll thank me

And say that I was right, right?

They’re in universities and DC think tanks

They’re at the the Vatican and Wall Street banks

They host the cable news shows, and they’re your doctors

You can’t listen to them

I do my own studies, and I’m not alone

I have sisters and brothers all over the globe

When the reckoning finally comes

Which side will you be on?

Free wants to be free

Information wants to be free

And it’ll set you free

Information wants to be free

But it’s ruined me

Information wants to be free

The only thing I can say is, I’m not saying anything, just asking questions

But it really makes you think

It really makes you think

So… yeah
